Loudr ("we", "our", "us") operates the Loudr marketing automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you use Loudr, we may collect:

• Account information: Email address, name, company name, and password when you register.
• Connected social accounts: When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.), we access your public profile, posts, and engagement data through official APIs with your explicit authorization.
• Brand data: Website content and publicly available information analyzed through our Brand DNA scanner.
• Usage data: How you interact with our platform, including features used and content generated.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To analyze your brand voice and generate on-brand content
• To schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts
• To provide competitor intelligence and market insights
• To improve our AI models and platform features
• To communicate with you about your account and our services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Third-party AI providers (Google, Anthropic) for content generation — only the minimum data needed
• Social media platforms when you publish content through our service
• Service providers who help us operate our platform (hosting, analytics)

4. Data from Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account:

• We access only the data you explicitly authorize through Meta's OAuth flow
• We use this data solely for the features you've enabled (content analysis, publishing, insights)
• We do not share your Meta data with other third parties for their own purposes
• You can disconnect your account and request data deletion at any time

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@loudr.dev. When you remove our app from Meta, we process the deletion callback and remove your Meta-related data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure token storage, and regular security reviews.

7. Your Rights
